As you probably know, the MemberClicks software is designed for professional associations and small trade associations. WebLink, on the other hand, caters more towards trade associations and chambers of commerce.
We really want to emphasize the fact that your current software is not going away. We’ll still be providing the same MemberClicks platform and the same WebLink Connect™ platform! Whether you're a current MemberClicks user or a current WebLink user, your database will stay the same, and continue to improve over time as we invest in BOTH products.
Absolutely not! Let us be clear:
The only difference is that WebLink's software will be branded under the MemberClicks name.
Nope – not at all, not for anyone, whether you're using MemberClicks or WebLink. We will continue to honor the pricing and terms that have been in your user contract since you joined the family.
We have even more resources at our fingertips and will continue to invest in the development and improvement of both the MemberClicks and the WebLink platforms. With more Clickers dedicated to product management than ever before, we'll be able to focus on the areas that will give you – and your members – the most value out of your software. And our ability to support you will only increase.
Our Help and Customer Experience departments will only get bigger and better from here on out, for all product lines! To give you an idea, with our two companies coming together, we've DOUBLED our Help team.
