Admin Home Update
Based on customer feedback, we increased the minimum number of icons showing on the Admin Home shortcut boxes from 4 to 12. Also the box is now dynamic, expanding based on the size of the user's window and resolution.
Admin Home Quick Search
We aded a new "Search" button to the Quick Search box on the Admin Home page.
Quick Search Error Message
The Quick Search on the Admin Home page was returning an error message when users would click "enter" to submit information. This is now working correctly.
Form Builder Permissions
Some organizations were experiencing difficulty saving updates to the permissions page in the form builder. This has been corrected.
Admin Home Webmail Interface
Administrators trying to access their webmail accounts on the Admin Home page had to login twice. This has been corrected.
Media Manager Error Message
We've adjusted the error message that administrators receive when uploading certain file types containing HTML tags. It now reads "Tags in this file are not supported."

New Admin Home Page
We've updated our Admin Home page with a fresh look and enhanced functionality to improve your experience.
Lockouts On Login
If a user attempts to login unsuccessfully 6 times in a row, they will be locked out of the system for an hour as a security precaution. This is a security measure to protect your organization from malicious bots required for PCI compliance. Administrators can manually unlock a user on the Admin Home screen.
Circle / Wall Post Notifications
Users can now receive notifications for new circles discussions and wall posts in the social community. This feature is defaulted to "off" but can be turned on under the Social Community Configuration. Once turned on, individual users can turn on the feature in their member profile.
External Links In Menus
Adding external links to menu items is now functioning correctly. A few customers received an "oops error" prior to this fix.
Text Corrections
We changed the text in the Contact Center approval message from "Report management" to "Reports." Also, we changed "Approved Tag Messages" to "Approve Tagged Messages".
Email History Sorting
Email history messages are now sorting correctly by date. This only applies when a member has permission to view the message report.
True / False Selection Sets
Selection set attributes on the Advanced Search page with the values 'True' or 'False' were returning the results '1' & '2.' We corrected it to now show 'True' and 'False.'
User Search Template
The User Search Template is now automatically set as default. Before, users would have to check it to make it the default.
iPhone App Article Display
Our iPhone App is now correctly displaying articles for all clients. A few customers were unable to see articles and were given error messages.

Contact Center Issues
We found three errors on the back-end that caused a few contact center messages to fail recently. The problems are now fixed so messages in these circumstances now send.
Form Confirmation "From" Field
The BCC of form confirmation emails showed MemberClicks Notification Service in the "From" field after the last release. This was not an intended change and we've reverted it so the "From" field is the same as the "Reply to" set in the form confirmation settings.
Bounced Message Recipient Tagging
Returning to the results after tagging and attempting to contact bounced message recipients resulted in a "Your search results are no longer valid" message. This will no longer happen.
Page Break Pagination
Pagination created by using the page break feature in the article editor was creating incorrect URLs and Page Not Found errors. The links are now created correctly.

Contact Center Footer
Emails sent from the Contact Center were not always including address information in the footer. This has been fixed so address information is included in all Contact Center emails.
Message Report Notifications
There were a few reported instances of notification messages being sent but not appearing in the message report. We found the problem and fixed it so all notification messages appear in the report as they should.
Community Forum Post Approvals
It was possible for an inactive Authorized Service Administrator to receive notifications for community forums posts that required approval. This was not intended functionality. Now, only active ASAs can receive community forum notifications.
Social Community Messages
Notifications for messages sent within the social community were not including the message body. Now they are.
Admin Home Formatting
When editing the admin home, administrators were unable to change the order of shortcuts and sections. We fixed the problem so ordering on the admin home now works correctly.
Numeric Field Sorting
When running administrative searches, sorting on numeric fields was not behaving correctly. Now it does.

Social Community Access
Users without access to the social community were able to set their preferences for community-related notification emails. This was not intended and has been fixed so only users with social community access can view that section of the profile contact preferences.
Message Cancellation
We received two reports of messages marked for cancellation still being distributed. The issue was identified and fixed in this release.
Saved Search Sort Order
Saved searches that had a sort order based on a numeric field were incorrectly sorting on the front-end. This has been fixed so these search results are now correctly ordered.
Searching Using Underscores
We fixed a problem in the quick search and keyword search when looking for email addresses with underscores in them.
Article Page Breaks
Navigation generated by the page break feature contained incorrect links. The problem was fixed so correct URLs are now generated.

Social Community Styling
We made a few styling improvements to the Community Forum and Social Community administrative pages. These updates are aesthetic and preview more significant user interface improvements coming down the road.
IE8 Issue
We fixed an issue that caused the insert links feature to behave inconsistently when using IE8 in the Contact Center
Updated Labelling
In the profile Contact Preferences tab, there was a section incorrectly labeled Bulletin Board E-mail. We've updated the label to reflect the update to the Community Forum.
Message Report Errors
Some Message Report exports were generating Oops errors. We fixed the problem so those errors no longer occur and the files properly export.
Parent / Child Profile Permissions
There was a problem that allowed parent profiles to edit more attributes than they should have been able to. The problem has been corrected so parent profiles can only edit attributes they are able to see, except the Group attribute which requires the "edit" permission in attribute security.

View Article And Menu Trash
To simplify administrative navigation, we removed Article Trash and Menu Trash from the main Website menu. These buttons have been renamed to "View Trash" and moved to the Article Manager and Menu Item Manager respectively. The previously named "Trash" icons in the Article Manager and Menu Item Manager now read "Move to Trash" for clarity.
Secure Logins
MemberClicks now forces secure "https" on all logins through the memberclicks.net domain. Previously, this was only forced on form and admin logins.
Media Manager Sorting Capitalization
For organizations that moved from the old CMS to the new, the Media Manager sorting paid attention to capitalization. The sort now ignores capitalization so files can more easily be located.
Message Report Unsubscribes
We found a problem in the unsubscribes portion of the Message Report that prevented the number of unsubscribes from always being accurately counted. The problem is fixed now so the report is accurate.
HTML Editor Inline Styles
We fixed a problem in which the editor, TinyMCE, was improperly handling inline styles with URL calls within them in Firefox 10 and IE9.
Form Receipts Recipient Preview
If a form's contact preference was set to "Always use this field..." tagging receipts and clicking "Contact" resulted in the recipient preview showing "No Name" for users. The recipient preview now correctly shows the Contact Name for each recipient.
Firefox 10 Display Issue
Administrators who updated to Firefox 10 may have seen the Quick Search jump to the top right corner of the admin interface last week. We moved it back where it belongs in the lower left corner shortly after FF10 was released.

Search Result Picture Display
Administrators are now able to display or not display, the profile picture in User Search Result Templates per group-specific template. Previously, the profile picture display was set per template only.
Social Community Interface
Thanks to the ongoing feedback in the Social Community menus, we removed Browse Directory from the secondary menu to simplify the interface for members.
Viewing E-Lists
In some circumstances, navigating to a user's E-List page and viewing the second page of messages caused errors and the page would not load. This has been corrected.
Notification Sender
MemberClicks used to send expiration warning messages with "MemberClicks Notification Service" as the reply name. We now send these messages with each organization's name as the reply name.
Email Link Tracking
We found a problem that infrequently prevented tracked email links from working properly. The problem was corrected so links are properly tracked.
Special Characters In Attributes
Previously, attributes could have symbols and other special characters in their names. However, these characters would disrupt other features in MemberClicks, so the system now checks to ensure attribute names only contain alphanumeric values and spaces along with dashes and underscores.
Moderated E-List Attachments
Attachments to E-List messages with moderation enabled were not always being included with the outgoing message. Now they are.
Quick Search Saved Searches
There was a situational problem with Saved Searches created with the Quick Search. We fixed the problem so all saved searches created with the Quick Search are working again.
Mini Calendar Recurring Events
Recurring events were not properly linked from the mini-calendar so users were being taken to the original event listing. We fixed this problem so users are now taken to the correct instance of the recurring event.

Search Performance
We've bumped up performance in front-end directory searching, especially for searches which return a large number of results.
Message Report - Notifications
Previously, only ASAs were able to see notification messages in the Message Report. Now, any group with the Admin designation (set in Group Management) can see notification emails.
Message Report - Filter Preferences
MemberClicks will now remember an admin's last selection in the Message Report filter. So if you only ever look for Contact Center messages, you won't have to continuously select that filter.
API Authentication
If you use the API's authentication service, it used to return a 404 for bad credentials. Since this is a POST request that creates a new session, MC now returns a 401 - Unauthorized.
Attributes Affected By Group Change
When changing a profile's group, MemberClicks would provide a generic warning message about potential attribute loss if the destination group did not have the same attributes assigned as the former group. MemberClicks now displays a list of all attributes that are not assigned to the destination group to make clear what, if any, attributes are not assigned to the destination group.
HTML Editor Tags
TinMCE (the WYSIWYG editor) was consistently parsing script tags. We've updated the parsing so the editor is now much more accepting of script tags.
Date Range Reporting Validation
MemberClicks now validates date ranges when creating reports.
Social Community Notification Permissions
Users without permission to access the Social Community were able to receive notifications about messages and connection requests. This was not intended functionality and has been corrected.
Unique ID Field Properties
The Unique ID field properties were not displaying properly in edit mode. This has been fixed.
Inconsistent Capitalization
We corrected inconsistent capitalization in the front end profile and Social Community menus.

Social Community - Browse Directory
We've updated text in the Social Community under the Connections menu. "Show All" now reads "Show All Connections" and "Search" now reads "Browse Directory". These descriptions are more consistent with the functionality of each.
MP3 Site Links
Previously, one could not insert links to an MP3 file using the site links feature. This is now possible.
Editing Templates With Deleted Attributes
If an administrator deleted an attribute from the database then tried to edit a search results template with that attribute, he or she would only receive an error message and be prevented from editing the template. Now, when an admin deletes an attribute from within attribute management, the attribute will automatically be deleted from the templates too when they are accessed from the admin interface.
Parent / Child Dues Renewals
In parent/child dues forms in which the parent had multiple child groups, only one child group was appearing on the renew linked profiles page. Now, all of the parent's children appear as they should.
Contact Center Event Link Permissions
Event links sent from the Contact Center could be opened by groups that did not have permission to view the event. We've fixed this problem so event permissions are enforced as they should be.
EFT Payment Options Display
There was a special character appearing on the payment options page next to the EFT payment option. It has been removed.
Site Links To Forms
In some situations, the site links feature of the article editor was inserting relative links to forms instead of absolute. This has been fixed so the site links feature always inserts absolute paths to forms.
User Permissions - My Features
Users in groups that did not have the Social Community permission were also missing the My Features tab in the front-end profile. It has been restored so users can again access E-Lists and committees, even if they don't have the Social Community permission.
E-List Delivery Preferences
From time to time users with E-List email delivery turned off were still receiving E-List distributions. We've fixed this problem so E-List delivery follows each user's preference.
Help Center Link
There was an outdated link to the Help Center on the menu item manager page. It has been updated to the correct Help Center page.

Profile Message Details - Resend Message
Administrators are now able to resend messages from the message details view from profiles. When viewing the Message History tab, click to view the message details and you will see the Resend Message option above the message properties.
Quick Search Sort Order
The admin Quick Search now sorts by the Search Order set in Attribute Management. Previously, the Quick Search was designed to always sort by the Last Name attribute.
Article Select Naming
We added a column in the article select modal window for single article layout menu items. This new column displays the article alias and will help to identify the correct article when more than one has the same name.
Receipt Export - Credit Card Type
In rare circumstances, forms with revenue accounts assigned were not including the credit card type in the receipt export. The receipt export should now always include the credit card type when credit card is the payment method and when revenue accounts are assigned.
Member Messaging
In very rare circumstances, members with identical contact names received an unintended message through the Social Community member-to-member messaging feature. This has been fixed.
Advanced Search Exact Matches
We fixed a problem in the front-end advanced search in which the "Exactly" operator was actually behaving like "Contains" for queries on selection set attributes.
Profile "Modified By" Field
When a user unsubscribed from mass email, the "Modified By" system field was not being updated. Now it is.
Profile Edit - Selection Sets
When editing a profile through the front-end, selection set attributes with the values 'True' or 'False' showed '1' for 'True' and blank for 'False'. Although the values were properly stored in the database, they were rendered incorrectly. This no longer happens.
Message Report Recipients
Early in the week we fixed a problem that prevented the recipients column from displaying in the Message Report.
Message Report Tagging
There was a brief problem when tagging users in the message report and taking an action such as viewing the user in search results returned no users. The problem was fixed shortly after being reported.
Narrow Search
The Narrow Search was working inconsistently on the front-end of the site. This was also fixed earlier in the week.
Connections Permissions
The front-end Connections menu and search box were not adhering to permissions and were displaying when they should not have. These areas now follow the corresponding system and page permissions.

Article Alias Messaging
We improved the messaging when changing an article's alias. The message will now show the old alias and the new, so any necessary link updates will be clear.
Non-Transaction Receipts
The legacy, non-transaction receipt package limit has been removed. MemberClicks no longer limits the number of non-transaction receipts.
Receipt Details - Return Button
When coming from a profile to view receipt details, the receipt list button returned administrators to the receipt list, not the profile. We've updated this so the button returns administrators to the receipt list or the profile, depending where they came from. The button also indicates where the admin will be taken to.
Message Report Performance
We updated how data is loaded into the message report to improve its performance.
Message Denial Notification
When an administrator denies a contact center message that is pending approval, the sender of the message will now be notified.
E-List Subscription Address
Previously, users were able to subscribe to an E-List using the E-List address. This created a mail loop. Users are no longer able to subscribe to an E-List with the E-List address. Similarly, the E-List address can no longer be entered as the administrative email for the list.
Advanced Search Link
We've added a link in the admin interface to allow easy access to the Advanced Search page. Look for it to the right of the Quick Search box.
Message Report Tagging
When tagging multiple recipients in the message report and performing an action such as viewing in search results, no users were returned from time to time. This has been fixed so the tagged users are always returned.
Social Community Permissions
The profile displaying on the My Community page of the social community were ignoring permissions. This has been fixed so the profiles that display adhere to attribute security permissions.
Profile Sort Order
The profile sort order in the front-end directory was behaving inconsistently. These search results have been updated to perform the same on the admin side as the front-end.
Commas In Selection Sets
When values in a selection set contained commas, these selections were not appearing in the front-end view of profiles. Now they do.
Advanced Search Intructions
Instructions related to continuing education were appearing on the Advanced Search page erroneously. The appearance and placement of these instruction are both corrected.
Social Community Steam - E-List Subscriptions
An issue that prevented E-List subscriptions from appearing in the activity stream of the social community has been fixed.
State Attributes In Emails
When merging state attributes into emails, the display preference in the attribute properties were being ignored. This caused the full name to always be merged, even when the abbreviation was selected. We fixed this so the preference is always taken into account when merging state attributes.
Fax Sending
Faxes were occasionally being sent when users had no email address and no contact center preference selected. Faxes are no longer sent in this case.
Email Anchor Tags
When an anchor tag within emails directed users to a different place in the email and had tracking code inserted, the emails would not send from the contact center. Now they do.
Social Community - Message Replies
In the Social Community, when a user would reply to his or her own message, the message would not display in the recipient's view of the message chain. This has been fixed so both parties can see the reply.
Contact Center Message Time Zone
Contact Center messages sent as faxes displayed the time incorrectly, based on UTC. The time-zone will now display based on the time-zone set for each organization.
Message Sender Field
Messages sent from MemberClicks were only displaying part of the Sender field in the message header. The full Sender field now displays.
Form Notifications
The form notification service was not working for all organizations. Now it does.
Message Details PDF Export
Exporting message details as a PDF was causing errors so the button was removed last week. The button is back and works as it should.
Message Report - Reply To Address
When sending a copy of a Contact Center message to oneself, the Reply To address was duplicated in the Message Report. The Reply To address is no longer being duplicated in this case.
Message History Duplicates
In certain circumstances, administrators viewing the Message History tab in profiles saw duplicate or triplicate messages even though multiple messages were not sent. Now, everyone sees the number of messages that were actually sent.

Message Report Performance
We reduced the number of messages loading per page in the message report from 50 to 25 to increase performance of the entire report.
Message Report - Open Rates
The Message Report now includes reporting on open rates for e-lists and confirmation emails. Previously, this was only available for Contact Center messages.
Search Result Group Templates
When adding a group specific template in the User Search Results, MemberClicks will now pre-populate the fields from the original template saving a lot of duplicate work.
Message Report Filter
There's a new filter in the Message Report which allows administrators to choose the type of message to display in the report: Contact Center, E-List or Notification.
Form Confirmation Email Reports
Form confirmation emails now appear in the message report, allowing them to be easily resent. They also appear in the Message History tab of the profile for quick reference.
Message Report Recipients
We fixed a problem that caused the message report to display an incorrect number of recipients after a Contact Center message had been opened.
Contact Center BCCs
BCCs from the contact center were not being delivered. This has been corrected.
Message Report Receipt List
When emailing a user from the receipt list, the message report did not display the correct number of recipients. Now it does.
Message Report - Tag All Messages
The "Tag All Messages" feature on the message report was causing an error. The error has been fixed.
Bounced Message Details
The bounced message details were unavailable since the last release. These details have been restored and are available once again in the Message Report.
Commitee Management File Sort
In Committee Management, files were not sorted correctly across multiple pages. This has been fixed.
Help Center Login
There was a problem logging into the Help Center for some ASA users. We fixed the problem so everyone can log in smoothly again.

Continuing Education - Inactive Programs
In the Continuing Education module, a program will be marked inactive once it has reached its expired date. If a program user is in a status of applied or enrolled once that expiration period has occurred, then their status will change to inactive.
Default Avatar
The Default Avatar feature was moved and renamed to Default Profile Photo. It appeared previously on the Social Community page in the Components section of the Admin page, but now it appears as part of the sub-menu on the User Search Results page.
Admin Home - Community Forum Posts
The number of Community Forum Posts has been moved to the right-hand side of the page on the Admin Home Stats area.
Messaging Reports
In the past, the Contact Center Report showed all messages that had been sent through the Contact Center. Now, the name has been changed to the Messaging Report because it shows all messages sent, regardless of the source, i.e. contact center, E-Lists, and notifications. The ASA users can see all the notifications that can be shown in the report, but the other users can only see what their permissions allow them to see (i.e., if you have permission to see E-list management, then you will see E-List messages).
Contact Center
The infrastructure behind Contact Center messaging has been reconfigured so that we have faster send times and more reliability.
Email Attachments
Some emails were including attachment links that were not actually working. Now they are taking the user to the actual attachment because the now it can be attached for bulk sends.
Committee Notification Emails
Duplicate emails were being sent regarding committee notifications. One message would be set to notify the user of a new post, while another message would be sent if another user replied to that post. Now, there is one notification email for changes to committee postings.
Adding an ASA
In the past if you added another ASA, you were redirected to the old product's Admin Home page. Now when adding an ASA, the system redirects you to the current/new Admin home page.
Form Reports - Credits
The report found by going to Forms > Form List > Report was not listing all known sources of Credits. Now, all credit sources are accounted for and being displayed on this report.
Form Reports - Total Debits
A previous fix had caused the Total Debits to appear as a $0 balance in the report found by going to Forms > Form List > Report (under any form name). The fix has been modified to now show the Total Debits on this report.
Delete Events Error
Users were receiving an oops error when they would select Event Management > Current Event > Delete > Ok. Now the error has been fixed to no longer display when a deletion occurs.
E-Lists - IE 9 Issue
In IE9, the E-List message module was displaying messages in a cut-off format. Now, they are appearing in full on the screen for IE9 users.

Social Community Login Links
Social Community notifications for connection request and messages include a link to login. If the member is not logged in, they will now be prompted for login credentials and redirected to the message upon successful login. Previously, the members was brought to the group landing page.
PCI Compliance
A security update relative to PCI compliance was made.
E-List Send Speeds
An overhaul to e-list messaging has been made in order to increase send speeds.
Search Result Filters
Front end search results are now able to be filtered based on alphabetical groupings.
Social Community Notifications
Notifications such as new circle wall posts and circle photo uploads now trigger notifications within the social community.
Contact Center Full Screen
Full screen mode in the Contact Center was not loading correctly. It's been fixed.
Site Links
Links to articles using Site Links were not working with the Search-Engine Friendly URLs feature. Now the link works and no longer gives an error message.
Profile Edits
When editing a user's profile on the front-end, users were able to see sections where no attributes could be seen. Now, only sections that have visible attributes can be seen.
Parent / Child Search Results
The display of profile pictures in the user search results is now set in the parent template only to avoid unintended changes made within the child's template.
Admin Login SSL Error
There was an unsecured element loading on the admin login page causing a SSL warning. The element has been fixed.
Data Import Display
The display on the contact method page of a data import is now fitting within the screen frame.
Form Reporting
We corrected a form reporting issue that caused inconsistencies in some circumstances.
Widget Manager Permissions
If making changes within the Widget Manager permissions and filtering to do so, only those widgets that had changes made to them will show revised settings. Previously, unintended permission changes could occur.
FrontPage Manager
When in the FrontPage Editor and making changes by hitting Save, users were not redirected back to the FrontPage Manager. Now they are.
Form Confirmation Links
A problem was corrected related to the site links in form confirmations.

Social Community Email Notifications
Users can now receive email notifications anytime activity within the social community occurs, for instance when someone comments on a post, requests a connection, or posts to the wall. Users can manage their notification preferences within the profile.
Social Community Search Box
In the Social Community page, there was an unnecessary search box that appeared above search results. It was broken and has been removed to simplify the interface.
Google Analytics & Friendly URLs
Google Analytics was not working in conjunction with search-engine-friendly URLs. This was fixed last week.
Committee Email Notifications
When users commented on committee postings, members of that committee were not receiving email notifications. Now they are.

Basic Contact Logout Page
We added the group specific logout page for Basic Contacts. Previously, this was only available for custom groups.
Change Profile Save Button
We removed the save button from the Change Profile Picture page. It had no functionality behind it and should not have been on the page as images are automatically saved.
Parent Profiles - Linked Profiles
Corrected an issue that prevented parent profiles from editing their linked profiles.
RSS Feed Subscription Errors
When subscribing to RSS feeds, users were receiving 404 errors because the link was incorrectly generated. This is now fixed.
Incorrect Login Messages
We ensured all sites give correct messaging to users who enter incorrect login information.

Receipt Export - Credit Card Type
When revenue accounts are configured for a form, the original credit card type will now be included with the receipt export when credit card is the selected payment option. Previously, the credit card type was only available in the revenue account report,. This will make reconciliations much easier.
Category Copying
When copying a category, all of the category settings and all of the articles within that category were duplicated, causing administrators headaches. We've removed the ability to copy categories to avoid unintentional article duplication.
Menu Item Aliases
Underscores are now allowed in menu item aliases.
Export - Profile System Data Permissions
Non-admins with the ability to export profile data were able to export the profile system data: last modified, modified date, etc. This was not intentional and has been corrected so only admins can export profile system data.
Article Copy - Parentheses
When an article was copied, parentheses were added to the alias of the new article, forcing the administrator to update the alias to avoid an error message. Parentheses are no longer added when copying an article.
Article Read More Links
If an article had a Read More link inserted, it was impossible to delete the Read More link. This has been fixed so the Read More links can be deleted within the editor.
IE 8 Issue
There was an issue inserting site links when using IE8. This was fixed during the week.
Media Manager Files
Legacy files with invalid characters could not be deleted from the Media Manager. These files can now be deleted.
Category Pagination Links
Earlier in the week we fixed an issue that caused 404s when users clicked the pagination link in category blog layouts and category list layouts.
Event Calendar Registration Links
Also fixed earlier in the week was an issue with links to registration forms from the event calendar infrequently opening the form as http.

Search Engine Friendly URLs
Search Engine Friendly URLs for articles and menu items. Browsers and search engines will now retain www.yourorg.org/alias rather than redirecting to a long URL like www.yourorg.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=15&Itemid=74.
HTML Editor Update
Updated to the latest version of the editor (TinyMCE) which makes it IE9 compatible and includes a lot of bug fixes and general improvements. More info can be found on the TinyMCE Site: http://www.tinymce.com
IE9 Compatibility
Updated many areas of the application for IE9 compatibility. Major areas updated were: E-Lists, committees, attribute management, group management, system and page permissions and receipt transfer. IE9 will work in all areas of the product except the Forms Editor, which still requires use of Firefox, Chrome or IE7 or IE8.

Advanced Search Special Characters
Fixed the advanced search so users in groups with special characters in the name are returned in the search results.
Search Box Numbering
In some cases, the modal search box incorrectly displayed the unfiltered number of users, instead of the filtered number of users. This has been fixed.

Payflow Pro Integration
Updated the integration with Payflow Pro so it now correctly passes all four pieces of information PayPal requires: Merchant, Username, Password and Partner/Reseller. This allows more advanced users to separate the Merchant and Username when configuring an account.
Permissions Load Times
Updated our handling of permission pages so they load much, much faster.
Infrastructure Improvements

Receipt List
Reworked how data is loaded on the receipt list pages to ramp up performance across the application.
Profile Renewal Link

Validation Instructions
When new users require validation, we send an email to admins who are set to receive notification. The email included unclear instructions on how to validate users. These instructions have been updated.
Default Search Result Template
It was possible to have one user search result template that was not designated as the default template. We've updated this so if you only have one user search result template, it will be automatically assigned as the default.
Community Forum - Post Reply
Previously, it was possible to click Post Reply if a Community Forum topic was locked, resulting in an Access Denied message. We've simplified this so Post Reply is disabled if the topic is locked.
Site Links - Long File Names
When editing an article and inserting links to files using Site Links, long file names were unreadable in the modal window. The organization of the modal window has been updated to resemble the Media Manager, where files are displayed in a list, allowing even very long file names to be read.
Site Links IE8 Issue
We patched an IE8 issue which prevented the use of Site Links in the contact center on July 8th and the official fix was released today.
Admin Home Statistics
Users with administrative rights were able to access article content through the admin home statistics area, even if they didn't have permission to edit articles. Now, only users with the ability to edit articles will be able to access articles from the admin home.
Community Forum Auto-Subscribe
When replying to topics in the Community Forum, users who selected the auto-subscribe option were not always subscribed to the topic. This has been fixed so the user preference to subscribe or not will always be honored.
Bulletin Board Link
In the new CMS, the Admin Home link to the Bulletin Board has been updated to reflect the change to the Community Forum.

E-List Delivery Addresses
We now check E-List delivery addresses to make sure that they are not the E-List addresses. This change prevents users creating mail loops through E-Lists.
Revenue Accounts Report
Added a filter to the revenue account report so receipt edits can be included with payment type filters.
User Validation Notifications
Previously, invalid users who were added through an application form were not triggering the admin notification. Moving forward, the admin will be notified when a new user needs validation whether they are manually added or added through a form.
Selection Set Values
Fixed an issue in which selection set values on forms were not matching values in attributes when the labels differed from the values.
Revenue Account Edits
When admins edited a receipt to alter pricing, the identifier in the revenue account report showed the admin's contact name. This has been fixed to show the submitter's contact name.
Content Permissions Display
Corrected a display issue on the Content Permissions page.
Search Results - Inactive Profiles
Inactive profiles no longer display in the user search results on the front end of the site.
Narrow Search Filter Results
Narrow search filters were returning inconsistent results on the front-end. This has been fixed.

Altered the threshold for asynchronous print template creations, eliminating the timeout issues some users experienced.
Search Templates Optional Tag
Corrected an issue in which the optional tag was not inserting any code for the user search results templates.
Group Filter Advanced Search
When selecting the group filter on the front-end advanced search, all groups were displayed in the filter list. This has been fixed so only groups which the current user has the ability to see are displayed.
Site Link Preview
The article preview in site links was displaying attribute IDs instead of ##attribute values## for merged fields. This is now fixed.

Corrected a search results display issue within the admin template for IE9 users.

Fixed the article search function within site links. Previously, it did not return results.
Image Class
Corrected an issue that caused images to have a class of "caption."

Corrected issue where Return to Contact Center link did not work after viewing Saved Messages.

Global Check-Ins
We have now allowed all ASA users to perform Global Check-ins in their upgraded CMS organizations. In the past, only MemberClicks could perform the check in. This caused delays for clients in cases where MemberClicks was closed for the evening or weekend. Now, any ASA user can find the Global Check-in option under the Website drop-down menu.
Contact Center - View Saved Messages
Admins now have the ability to add a link directly to the "View Saved Messages" page from their Admin Home page and Admin Home Submenu. Now admins will not be forced to run a search before accessing this page.
Form Editing - Alert Message
Added a confirmation message to alert users if they attempt to remove date-based pricing while editing a form. This new messaging should help cut down on admins accidentally removing date-based pricing.
Receipt List Link
Added a button to the View Form Receipt page that allows users to return to the Receipt List in a single click.
E-Lists
Fixed an issue with E-Lists that caused duplication to occur when users sent the same message to multiple E-Lists.
CMS Upgrades
Fixed an issue that prevented file permissions from being moved over to the new, upgraded content management system.
