Additional details:

• 1 - Transaction fees for forms (all packages): 1% + $0.70 per transaction. Special rates available for large transactions.

• 2 - Each account includes 2 support seats. Additional seats are available for $15 / month.

• Outgoing domestic faxes from the Contact Center incur a $0.15 per page cost. International rates vary.

• You can create Unlimited Forms yourself for free or we’ll create them for $150 per form.

• All levels include up to 1 GB of storage space. Storage usage in excess of 1 GB is billed automatically in 1 GB increments for $25 / month.
