Additional details:

1 - Transaction fees for forms (all packages): 1% + $0.70 per transaction. Special rates available for large transactions.

2 - Each account includes 2 support seats. Additional seats are available for $15 / month.

• Outgoing domestic faxes from the Contact Center incur a $0.15 per page cost. International rates vary.

• You can create Unlimited Forms yourself for free or we’ll create them for $150 per form.

• All levels include up to 1 GB of storage space. Storage usage in excess of 1 GB is billed automatically in 1 GB increments for $25 / month.

• 1 hour training call to educate you on how to manage your new product

• Personalization of your product’s appearance by adding your logo and existing header image to one of our templates

• Upload of database/directory fields and user records, allowing you to manage, contact, and track users immediately

• Configuration of form and database attributes so that submitted form data is seamlessly transferred to the database

• Creation of 3 transaction-based forms such as a Membership Application, a Dues Renewal Form, and an Event Registration Form (limit 50 fields)

• Integration of payment processor for easy collection of real-time credit card payment

Expanded Setup

Everything included in the Standard Setup PLUS:

• Full review and optimization of existing data for the MemberClicks solution

• Configuration of user groups and all levels of user permissions associated with those groups

• Setup of expiration dates and renewal notices that automatically remind users and administrators of impending expiration dates

• Setup admin notifications reports

• Customization of member profile layout

• Creation of up to 3 additional forms (total of 6) such as a Membership Applications, Dues Renewal Forms, Event Registration Forms (over 12 month period, limit 50 fields)

• Up to 2 hours (total of 3) of additional supplemental training to educate you on how to manage your product

• Creation of up to 10 saved search links for quick access to frequently used searches

• Customization of search/query filters for optimal searching

• Creation of 4 events on the event calendar

• Creation of 4 bulletin board discussion forums to encourage communication

• Creation of up to 2 of the following print templates: mailing label template, membership/business card template, name badge template

Premium Setup
$1,500
Everything included in the Expanded Setup PLUS:

• Custom template designed to match your organization's look and feel

• Event Calendar integration for any event registration forms created by MemberClicks

• Up to an additional hour (total of 4) of supplemental training to educate you on how to manage your product

• Creation of up to 15 additional (total of 25) saved search links for quick access to frequently used searches

• Creation of 2 (total of 8) additional forms (limit 50 fields)

• Creation of up to 2 standard email templates.

Custom Design Package
add $500
You can add this design package to any of the setup options listed above

We will build and design up to 10 custom web pages based on your specifications.
