According to the Help Desk there is no way for an ASA to search for all hidden profiles. You can enter other search criteria and include hidden profiles as part of the search, but there is no way to JUST search for hidden profiles.

Could the keyword search option appear on the admin homepage?

The procedure for creating and saving an email message for later use is awkward and cumbersome. It would be helpful to be able to just create an email message in advance in the Contact Center and save it for later use without having to first go to the search screen and assign it to a distribution list, particularly if you haven't yet identified the distribution list.

Administrators should not be able to see a member's password. We believe that the password is private and should be known only to the member. Administrators can have the ability to assign a temporary password without knowing what the existing password is. The member can then use the temporary password to reset the password to one that is more personal.

Please, create a way in which we can MOVE receipts from one profile to another! We have members creating duplicate accts with multiple receipts and have no way to combine them into one profile. This creates unnecessary profile or forces us to delete profile which contain receipts.
