Please create a basic way to export notes to an excel spreadsheet so that an admin can search to select which users they want to export notes for. This could be included as an option in the export center.

It would be great if you could select the fields/attributes associated with a form to export. As an example, I export my form receipts so that I can pull the information into a Microsoft Access Database where I can then run customized reports. I currently have an invoice report where I would like to have the name of the form included in each of the receipts so that it is listed on the invoice. Also, we offer a discount to those who are members and the discount price is not included in the receipt export. Without the discount amount, the balance due does not make sense.

Although we are able to do most of the searches we need to pull reports with the advanced search function, and are able to limit the number of fields shown in our results using the custom search function, when we export the data it still exports all the fields (attributes). For our reporting, it would save us a step or two if we could just export the fields we need rather than having to export them all and then eliminate fields after the export.

Only export attribute information that your group has permission for. Exports currently pull all information regardless of permissions or hidden attributes.
