Read more »I have received some feedback from members using the Committee pages. Although they are very happy to have this kind of resource, some additional functionality they have suggested includes: 1. Having a shared "Committee Calendar" on the committee page to keep track of project deadlines, meetings, etc. 2. Having a "Task List" function where tasks could be assigned to individual team members and members could keep track of progress on individual task assignments. 3. Adding the ability to have sub-folders in the file storage section to better organize shared files. Thanks, Jeannie
Read more »Elist implementation is GREATLY improved in V10 but it still needs help.
1) It MUST have a way to add a customized line to every email so the list admin can put information in on how to subscribe and unsubscribe. This is critical.
Eg "This is the xxxx list. For direction on how to unsubscribe please go to xxx.mem.com and login as user #username# , go to edit profile etc...."
2) The From address should be correctly implemented as the sender. The Reply to address should either be the list or the sender. Senders should not be anonymized!

Read more »Form limits based off of the total of a group registration field or total registrants as available under the form report.
At this time form limits are only determined by the total number of submission on a form. If the customer is using the group registrant field this does not reflect the total number of attendees.
Example, if there is a meeting where 20 people(registrants and guests) can attend there is no way at to limit the form off the total number of actual number of registrants.
