Each time we make changes to a selection set attribute in the database, that change isn't carried over into that attribute in the forms, forcing us to go into each form where that attribute appears, delete it and then re-add it. This causes us to lose data and, ultimately, valuable time. It also frustrates our members. This would be a MOST helpful change.

I would like to be able to cancel someone's registration after giving them a refund without deleting the receipt. Currently after issuing a refund, it looks like they owe money for the event. I don't want to delet the receipt because I need a record of the payment & refund for accounting purposes. I just want to remove them from the list so they don't appear on my roster or name badges.

As you know, when users attempt to login to MemberClicks and can’t remember their username and profile, they provide an email address so that they can be sent a reminder. Unfortunately, if a user provides a different email address than the system has or forgets that his/her email address has changed since their last login, they will be taken to the form and a new account is created for them. Often this means that form receipts reside in both profiles and there doesn’t seem to be any way to reassign these to one profile.

Please, create a way in which we can MOVE receipts from one profile to another! We have members creating duplicate accts with multiple receipts and have no way to combine them into one profile. This creates unnecessary profile or forces us to delete profile which contain receipts.

Ability to copy a profile. This would be helpful because our database includes multiple people who work for the same company, so to copy a profile except for the username, password, and name information would be very helpful.
