Because e-check is only compatible with U.S. based bank accounts at this time, MemberClicks should make two changes to enhance the user experience on the payment options screen. 1) The e-check option should have verbiage stating that the e-check option is only for U.S. bank accounts. 2) Add another payment option called Bank Transfer. This would mitigate confusion that users often have when selecting the more ambiguous Bill User option.

Agree with this as 90% of our payments are made by international bank to bank money transfers. The functionality of suggestion 2 would be the same as Pay by Check in that the payment would be finalised on memberclicks manually by our office staff once payment has been received. (an easy workaround would be to just amend the graphic Pay by Check button to say Pay by Check/Bank Transfer and any subsequent text that mentions Pay by Check.)
