Why have nothing to hand to prospects when they ask for a complete manual? Why force users to click on Help when they are trying to walk and not run? Your 'Help' or 'Support' desk just isn't going to be the motive force !
Does Sales/Marketing want to draw in new Clients? Do you want current Clients to expand their users and usage so they don't leave MemberClicks for competitive software?
Here's the situation: we send many emails to promote our annual conference. The thing is that after people sign up, we want to spare them from receiving subsequent marketing emails for the conference. There are a few ways this could be done:
* on the "check who is receiving this email blast" page, have a list of forms, and allow us to choose to one of forms (ie. the signup form for our conference) such that those people are excluded from the email blast.

Read more »People like to think they are getting something in return for a membership - especially, if they are paying annual dues which many organizations charge. One of the most requested benefits of membership our organization receives is a request for a MEMBERSHIP CARD.
It would be nice for a member to log into their profile and to be able to print a MEMBERSHIP CARD through a MC generated template. The membership card should be restricted to import the individual user's information only and the output sent to a print that will print a business card size membership card - approximately 2" x 3".

Read more »Visitors to our site will be able to chat online with a sales rep to get immediate answers to questions. To some prospects, this form of communication is easier and less intimidating than calling in or submitting an email. Reps can be proactive and even initiate the chat with visitors who have spent a certain amount of time on a web page.
