MemberClicks was founded in 1998 in Atlanta, Ga. We’re a privately held company that specializes in membership management software, web design and online registration services. We have more than 1,500 clients and strive to make technology a refreshing experience.

Most of our clients are small-staff or volunteer-managed associations and membership organizations with fewer than 10,000 members. We serve professional and trade societies, alumni associations, clubs, chambers of commerce and other types of member-based groups.

Our services are very flexible. All fields of information within the database and on the registration forms are customizable, and the look and feel of the product is a custom — not stock — template.

Depending on what product you choose, we can either integrate our product with your current site or create a new Web site for you. Setup starts as low as $895, and at the bare minimum, includes a custom site template creation of three registration forms, database field setup and your initial data upload. We can also design your Web pages, e-mail templates and more, depending on what you want to accomplish.

Our talented Web design team customizes a template for each client to reflect its unique brand and design preferences.

Once you activate your account online, you will have immediate access to your product. Within one business day of activating your account, you will be assigned to an implementation manager and Web designer, who will facilitate your phased setup. Total setup and design times vary for each client.

Although we offer maintenance packages, clients have the ability to make changes to their page content, database fields or registration fields at any time. Because many of our clients do not necessarily have a background in technology, we provide user-friendly and intuitive tools that allow for easy editing.

And for our clients’ convenience, we accept EFT or credit card payment for our services.
