		<description>As much as I hate the Yankees, this post makes a good point.  They are successful because they put together a team that expects to win the World Series every year.  Contrast that to the Red Sox teams prior to their 2004 championship team.  They were always talented but they always knew that in the end they would find a way to lose.  They were missing that confidence that it takes to be the best at what you do.  Once they finally found that confidence, they realized that they were on the same level as the Yankees and they had a legitimate shot at the title each year.  This lesson applies to just about everything in our day to day lives.  If you believe you can succeed, you will.  If you don&#039;t think you can do something, you probably won&#039;t.</description>
