MemberClicks launches month-long customer engagement initiative (print)

ATLANTA - MAY 2, 2012 - MemberClicks, the leading provider of websites and membership software for small to medium-sized organizations is excited to announce 31 Days Of Refreshment, a month-long customer engagement initiative.

The program, which runs through the month of May, is designed to offer MemberClicks customers more ways to engage with the company and each other.

"We're offering daily updates, putting the spotlight on all of the resources that can help our customers get more out of MemberClicks," said MemberClicks President Mark Sedgley. "At the end of the month, our goal is that our customers will be intimately familiar with all of the tools and resources that are available to them and that can make their lives easier."

The month will culminate in the unveiling of a new MemberClicks user group, the MC Nation.

"We're excited to give our customers the chance to connect and share with each other," said MemberClicks VP of Customer Experience, Duncan McCreery. "By pooling their knowledge and resources, our customers will be able to learn from each other and see how other organizations have optimized their experience with us."

As part of the leadup to the launch of the MC Nation, all MemberClicks customers who sign up to join the user group will be eligible for weekly prize giveaways, including a trip for two to Cancun.
